Welcome to F&B Social, a platform that connects individuals in the food and beverage (F&B) industry—specifically live entertainers—with customers seeking memorable experiences. By using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use the app.
F&B Social supports two user types:
- F&B Entertainers: Individuals offering live entertainment at venues such as restaurants, lounges, clubs, and other F&B establishments.
- Customers: Users looking to discover and connect with entertainers for live experiences at these venues.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the app.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on F&B Social. Any content or behavior deemed abusive, harmful, or inappropriate may result in removal of the content and suspension or termination of the user account.
Users are responsible for all content they upload and the interactions they initiate. Content must be respectful and not violate any laws or platform rules. F&B Social reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content and access if necessary.
Users may browse suggested profiles. When two users show mutual interest, messaging is enabled. F&B Social only facilitates introductions and is not responsible for offline outcomes.
F&B Entertainers can update their status to show they are currently performing or available at a venue. This feature helps Customers discover real-time opportunities but is based on self-declared status.
All platform branding, design, and technology are the property of F&B Social. Users may not reuse or reproduce without permission.
F&B Social may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse, or behavior that harms the community.
F&B Social provides a platform to connect users. We are not responsible for individual behavior or any outcomes from real-world engagements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app implies agreement with the latest version.
